With 15+ years experience in User Experience Design and Research roles, I’m passionate about leveraging the power of design to improve the lives of individuals. I actively seek opportunities where together we can drive innovation through cross-disciplinary collaboration and human-centered design.
I am a Principal User Experience Consultant and Assistant Professor of Design at Lesley University College of Art and Design. I’ve worked with organizations spanning the startup, corporate and non-profit worlds, including Gradifi, Pipedrive, Vistaprint, The Institute for Human Centered Design, and The Vera Institute for Justice. I’ve also presented nationally on topics like website accessibility, universal design, universal design for learning, empathy mapping, and design principles. I earned an MDes in Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Psychology and Graphic Arts from Regis College.
